Do you have previous HR administration experience?
Maternity Contract- Administrator
� Maintenance of confidential records;
� Note-taking and support at grievance and disciplinary meetings;
� To assist with absence recording and monitoring attendance;
� Dealing with a variety of written correspondence and telephone queries;
� General HR administration including issuing offer letters, collating new starter information;
� General office admin
Have the ability to confidently use MS office packages including Excel. Be able to use your own initiative, have strong attention to detail and good organisational skills is essential for this position.
Monday to Friday 8am- 4:30.
