Do you have previous HR administration experience?

Maternity Contract- Minimum 6 months- HR Administrator

·  Maintenance of confidential HR records;

·  Note taking and support at grievance and disciplinary meetings;

·  To assist with absence recording and monitoring attendance;

·  Dealing with a variety of written correspondence and telephone queries;

·  General HR administration including issuing offer letters, collating new starter information;

·  General office admin

Ideally, you will have some experience within HR administration or a good understanding of employment legislation. Have the ability to confidently use MS office packages including Excel. Be able to use your own initiative, have strong attention to detail and good organisational skills are essential for this position.

This is an initial 6-month contract starting at the end of August. There maybe opportunities to extend the contract after this period.

Monday to Friday 8 am- 4:30.
