Adecco are currently looking for a Finance Manager to work on behalf of the National Health Service . Ideally you will have previous experience of working within Finance for the National Health Service. Or have a strong background in management accounts and are looking for an immediate start position. The role will be ongoing for up to 3 months and there is a strong chance this could be extended.

Job Requirements

·  Providing full Management Accounting services to a range of different cost centres, assisting budget holders in planning service developments and developing business cases

·  Providing budget holders with accurate financial information to assist them in controlling and monitoring their financial resources

·  Production of accurate and timely monthly budget statements for different budget areas together with appropriate interpretation and analysis of variances

·  Attendance at meetings with directors and managers of different divisions, presenting findings and providing an analysis and explanation of budget expenditure variances in liaison with budget holders

·  Contribution to the management of the financial performance to a portfolio of budgets, identifying key financial pressures and deciding on appropriate corrective action

·  Production of reports and any adhoc costing and investigation as and when requested

·  Monitoring cost improvement plans and income generation schemes

Experience required

AAT Qualified

CIMA/ACCA or CCAB part qualified

Package details

Hours - Monday to Friday (Flexible on working hours) Partly from home and partly in the office.

Pay - £14.33 to £18.77 dependant on experience

2 to 3 months initially with a possibility of an extension.
