My client is looking for a full time maintenance coordinator based in Basildon.

Duties include:

·  Liaising with sub-contractors

·  Answering telephone enquiries

·  inputting calls onto a data base

·  Keeping clients updated

·  Producing purchase orders

·  Be part of on call rota

Previous experience within facilities maintenance sector is essential

You must be able to work at a fast Pace, organised and able to meet deadlines.
