Due to a surge in customer demand, we are looking to add 4 Machine Operators to the team, this particular role is for a Steel Bender;

·  To bend steel bars accurately and accordingly to diagrams.

·  Work with team or independently

·  Keep machines in working order

·  Work under pressure and finish orders on the day.

·  Learn new skills in steel bending, ensuring safety around the working area

·  Using overhead cranes safely and loading lorries with over 10tone metal a day making sure its fully secure.

The rate of pay will reflect that of the current members of staff £8.72 P/H + Production bonus which will be £1 P/H (£9.72) while training with an increase to full production bonus when training period is complete. Usually between £2-4 per hour. If required to work a night shift they will benefit from the £1.45 night shift premium.
