£21,000+ per year, dependant on experience
Duties include;
· Assisting with the preparation/ dispatch of correspondence
· Monitoring case details
· Arranging travel and accommodation
· Managing case files and associated documents (including electronic records)
· Ensuring high levels of client care
· Providing general administrative assistance to the fee earning staff
Requirements;
· Experience in the secretarial field
· Proven administrative skills
· A fast typing speed
· Good communication skills
· An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and digital dictation
· Legal industry experience desirable
