Learner Support worker

Based in Tamworth

Hourly pay - £9.50ph

Adecco's client based in Tamworth is looking for a Learner support assistant to join their friendly team. This role is ideal for a candidate who has experience working with adults with learning difficulties/disabilities as a learner support assistant.

Duties:

·  Receive students as they arrive and provide supervision, before, between and at the end of class activities.

·  Work on a one-to-one support or support in groups, as necessary and appropriate, under the direction of the Hub Manager.

·  Provide a generic support and person-centred approach.

·  To always work professionally, and as part of a professional team at all times

·  To assist where needed and appropriate, with personal care
