KIND Supply Chain Co-ordinator

The Job

A full time assignment running to the end of the year with our client. This will be a unique role, to provide order fulfilment, customer service and stock management for KIND UK Limited prior to the portfolio's integration into Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK. Whilst you will be part of the cross-segment Supply Chain Team this is a completely stand-a-lone role which will be remotely supported by the KIND Head of International Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within a highly renowned and unique business.

Hours of work: Mon - Fri: 37.hrs

Pay rate: £16.41 per hr

Duration: End of 2019

Key Responsibilities

·  Order fulfilment, to process customer orders and manage through until delivery and invoicing

·  Set up of new customers and new products in KIND systems

·  Communication with UK customer supply chain departments

·  Reporting of weekly sales and open orders

·  Process sample orders

·  Working with KIND UK Sales & Marketing teams on any queries regarding customer orders

·  Main point of contact for UK 3PL's

·  Processing 3PL invoices

·  Managing reports

·  Set up of new customers and new products with 3PL

Context and Scope

·  The role will liaise daily with the two Kind warehouse providers, Boughey's & Warrens, you will ensure the inventory is aligned between the WMS and the KIND JD Edwards ERP.

·  You will receive orders from customers and enter them onto the KIND JD Edwards ERP system. You will work with customers to ensure successful deliveries are made and service levels & OTIF is achieved.

·  You will ensure stock is reworked in good time from Outer to Inner cases to ensure it is available for order in either format

·  You will arrange stock transfers from Boughey's to Warrens to ensure stock is always available in Warrens for Tesco to order.

·  You will liaise with the KIND UK Sales team managing customer delivery arrangements and liaise with Boughey's when new delivery locations are required.

·  You will continually review stock levels against demand forecasts and liaise with Kind International to ensure replenishment from the USA will meet demand
