We are currently have this exciting opportunity available in one of our five customer service teams. You will need to proficient in handling incoming orders and enquiries in various formats, whilst ensuring that you deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

A language would be desirable either Italian or Spanish
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Is comfortable talking to people over the phone, but with the ability to easily build rapport.

Has a positive attitude and an aptitude to learning systems and processes.

Is self motivated, confident and organised.
