Adecco Stevenage are recruiting for a Internal Sales Person for a global distributor based in Stevenage. This a fantastic opportunity to join a well established company who operate in over 37 countries!

Key Responsibilities:

·  Receive calls and enquiries from customers you will provide quotations, process orders and answer general queries as required

·  Proactively contact potential customers to build relationships and develop sales opportunities

·  To identify product requirements and order suitable products, sourcing products if required

·  Accurately update and maintain the internal CRM systems

·  Populate and maintain database of bid information

·  Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism are offered to customers at all times

Required Skills:

·  Previous experience of electrical products or experience gained within an industrial supplies environment is highly desirable, applicants with experience gained within an industrial supplies environment will be considered

·  First class customer service skills and a proactive, helpful approach is essential

·  Sales driven and commercially minded

·  Strong people skills and the ability to easily build rapport and business relationships with customers

·  Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·  Comfortable with using IT systems
