Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to work for a successful and growing Insurance company based in Lancaster.

Working hours are 37.5 per week (Mon - Fri 9am to 5.30pm) and 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am - 1pm
Salary dependent on experience + uncapped bonus scheme and pension.

Full-time, Permanent (excellent uncapped bonus) - Previous Personal Lines Insurance Experience desired

To sell and renew insurance policies, perform mid term adjustments and identify cross selling opportunities whilst ensuring customers are treated fairly at all times.

The office specialises in niche areas of personal lines insurance, in particular high performance and high value cars, classic cars and high risk car insurance. An interest in high performance cars would be an advantage. This position requires inbound and outbound telephone experience.

What do you need to do?

- Embrace and embed the company culture, policies and

procedures

- Demonstrate full regulatory compliance awareness and

adherence

- Advise clients on the policy cover, terms and conditions, and ensure that all customers are treated fairly

- Respond promptly to client queries and ensure that all

communications with customers and/or insurers are

accurately recorded

- Give instructions and relay any issues to Insurance

providers

- Show technical and product knowledge

- Manage individual diary system and allocate/respond to mail promptly

- Complete work within the company KPI targets
