Insurance Account Handler

Due to continued expansion and growth my client based in the Brierley Hill area & is looking to recruit an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join their team.

Successful Applicants:

- Must have previous Commercial Insurance experience

- Possess excellent communication skills

- Proactive and able to work on own initiative

- Able to demonstrate understanding of Commercial Insurance policies insurance and policies

- PC Literate

- Excellent telephone manner

- Outbound calling clients

- Managing a group of accounts

- Excellent customer service skills

- Account handling experience updating policies & documents

The Role:

- Working within a office based environment

- Preparing documents for new customers & repeat business

- Being responsible for own time management

- Dealing with incoming calls and being the first point of contact for an policy quires

- Outbound sales calling

- Updating a company data base & making sure customer details are recorded accurately

- Being responsible for there own client book

- Reporting to the Branch Manager

- Upsell policies when required

- All other duties as required

In Return you will receive:
