HR Advisor (Experience working within a contact centre Preferably)

Based: Chiswick (Some travel may be required when needed to work at other sites, Please consider when applying for this position)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Hours: 37.5 per week; Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business

Duties

To take responsibility for supporting the HR Operations Manager to ensure a comprehensive and seamless HR service is delivered across the business. Assist in planning, organising and executing HR initiatives as necessary. Consistently seek ways to improve the HR service to the business.

To ensure that all HR activities are planned and implemented to deliver exceptional business support in the most cost effective manner. Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure an effective and robust HR service.

Customer Service / Client Management:

·  Take direction from the Senior HR Advisor.

·  Ensure that you are up to date with all HR work going on within the business at any one time.

·  Manage any client/field/office complaints in relation to HR effectively and in a timely fashion.

·  Work closely with external recruitment partners to ensure an effective permanent recruitment strategy.

Commercial / Financial:

·  Responsible for assisting the HR Operations Manager to ensure a successful and cost effective HR strategy.

·  Ensure recruitment agency fees are kept to a minimum.

·  Inform your Line Manager of any risks to the Company which may come to your attention (eg: competitor activities).

·  Identify any cost saving opportunities and liaise with your Line Manager to implement.

Implementation & Procedures/Processes & Innovation & Development:

·  Work closely with operations to ensure all HR practices/policies/procedures best fit the business.

·  Provide full HR coverage with the Senior HR Advisor's.

·  Ensure all administration/logging/filing tasks are up to date and accurate at all times.

·  Carry out meetings and take notes as requested by the Senior HR Advisor's.

·  Ensure all operational difficulties are responded to in an efficient and professional manner. Provide practical solutions to resolve any issues while keeping the relevant parties informed and updated throughout the process.

·  Maintain and monitor the business skills base to ensure suitable recruitment, training & development is executed.

·  Take ownership for all tasks, duties and/or responsibilities delegated to you. Ensure they are completed within the required timescales.

·  Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties as directed by your Line Manager.

Communication:

·  Liaise and develop clear communications with all departments and support functions.

·  Ensure daily/weekly updates and/or reports are provided within the timescales set by your Line Manager for all activity to include key statistics.

People Management & Team Working:

·  Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all colleagues.

·  Encourage Team spirit within your team and Company as a whole.

·  Provide support and assistance to your Line Manager.

·  Promote a positive and professional environment at all times.

HR, Recruitment & Development:

·  Liaise with the operations teams to provide feedback on new starters.

·  Ensure all HR issues brought to the attention of HR are dealt with accordingly.

·  Comply with all Company policies and procedures as set out in your Contract of Employment and within the Company Handbook.

Health & Safety:

·  Comply with all Health & Safety standards as set out within; Your Contract of Employment, the Health & Safety Manual, the Company Handbook and any other Health & Safety directives that are issued from the HR department.
