HR - Culture and Development Executive

We are now looking for our newest Culture and Development Executive to join our passionate Human Resources department. You will be responsible for creating an 'energetic and exciting culture', whilst ensuring we work towards improving knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to drive business results and in line with the Company Values.

The Culture & Development Executive will be responsible for the onboarding process for all non-operational colleagues including; curating & creating new starter packs, conducting all first morning activities and leading monthly cultural workshops & quarterly departmental showcases. They will always be constantly looking for ways to improve all aspects of the new colleague onboarding process - implementing these where appropriate.

Skill requirements:

·  The candidate should be approachable and able to engage a wide range of people on a range of topics.

·  Excellent data management and interpretation skills.

·  An understanding of the significance and impact of Culture & Development on company commercial metrics.

·  The role requires excellent communication skills across multiple platforms (written and verbal).

·  The candidate should be highly organised.

·  The role requires a highly driven individual with strong project management skills.

·  The individual should be creative, tech savvy and a great problem solver.

Nice to have:

·  Experience of using/managing a Learning Management System

·  Experience of working in a Learning & Development Environment

·  Experience of using online survey platforms (Survey Anyplace or equivalent)

·  Experience of curating high quality learning materials/booklets

·  Experience of classroom training/writing training sessions.

Salary £21,000 pa plus excellent company benefits.
