HR Administrator

Location: Waltham Abbey, Essex

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client based in Waltham Abbey, Essex, who are a market leader in their field, they are offering development and career opportunities, within an energetic and friendly team. The successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification.

Areas of responsibility include:

·  Producing monthly reports for the HR Department to include new starters, leavers, sickness absence, recruitment stats etc.

·  Responsible for creating and upkeeping spreadsheets

·  To act as the initial point of contact for the department, responding to queries and escalating where needed to the appropriate member of the HR team.

·  Organising team meetings and producing agendas and minutes

·  Updating team diaries where appropriate and supporting travel arrangements/bookings

·  Assisting the HR Manager, Payroll Manager and Recruitment Manager as needed

·  Supporting careers events, job shows, community projects etc.

·  Order all branded material and stationery as required by the HR team

·  Ensuring all systems are up to date and compliant

·  Supporting the development of the intranet and external careers website

·  Maintain up to date filing systems

Qualifications/ Knowledge & Experience

·  CIPD Qualification

·  Good understanding of processes, planning and project management

·  Be accustomed to working with and meeting tight, time critical deadlines

·  Highly numerate and commercially focused

·  Highly motivated with excellent planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Organised, self-reliant, with great time management

·  Comfortable working across the Microsoft Office suite with a particular requirement for strong Excel skills.
