As a Fulfilment Expert you will work with the fulfilment teams and house Captains to maintain inventory accuracy and foster excellent working relationship with Field Experts in order to educate around inventory practices and so they are able to better serve their customers' needs in each and every visit.

Duties & Responsibilities.

·  Receive and process regular consigned inventory deliveries at the Enjoy House in a timely fashion

·  Conduct routine audits of inventory levels to maintain highest levels of accuracy

·  Fulfil inventory orders, and load company vans in an efficient and accurate manner

·  Maintain an excellent working relationship with the Field Expert team, working to support them so that they can unlock the magic with customers, one visit at a time

·  Occasional driving of company vans to move stock between markets and to Experts in visits

·  Some experience with fulfilment/ inventory software is preferred but not required

Requirements

·  Prior experience in back-of-house or warehouse/ fulfilment environments

·  Ability to travel for onboarding away from your home market

·  Ability to work 10-hour shifts, possible overtime, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

·  Full valid manual driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience

·  Agree to criminal and DVLA background checks

·  Impeccable attendance, punctuality, and time management
