Main Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and provide statistical, performance and management information.

Carry out financial data input and monitoring and taking responsibility for accuracy.

Reconcile invoices from different types of supplier and process for payment.

Maintain confidential client records, inputting and extracting data.

Create purchase orders on key business systems.

Processing schedules and invoices by identifying any errors and inconsistencies and reconciling anomalies.

Develop and maintain effective and efficient record-keeping and filing systems, both manually and electronically.

Liaise with internal departments and external organisations to resolve problems and to inform and advise on day to day issues in relation to the role and function of the service.

Investigate queries as directed by managers

Reconcile invoices once queries are resolved and sending through for payment

Escalate to the Manager any build up of invoice over given time periods

Keeping all active spreadsheets up to date

Resolve tickets allocated

Review incoming work via key data information system allocated to Processing Officers on a weekly basis

Responding to provider queries

Complete billing & payment reports every 4 weeks
