FACILITIES ASSISTANT ROLE
Status : Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.15pm, must be flexible with the hours
Start Date: Immediate preferred
Our client in based in Beckton are looking to recruit a temporary Facilities Assistant reporting to the Site Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the building, minor fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations and removals, setting up meeting rooms for various meetings. The candidate needs to have excellent customer service and happy to assist where needed, as some duties may be unexpected.
This client would ideally like the candidate to have experience/knowledge of the below, but not essential:
· Experience in facilities and/or caretaking, electrical and plumbing
· Tech-savvy - happy to learn new software/systems
· Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER
· Knowledge and experience of ISO14001 Environmental Management
· Ideally a holder of a current IPAFF licence for use of MEWPs
· Ideally hold a Diploma in H&S
