We are proud to represent our client who is a long established and high profile Contractor/ Developer within a traditional building company.
Base in East London within a beautiful setting, my client offers an excellent working environment.
This role would really suit someone early in their career with solid experience of Bid Coordination or who has worked within a Bid Writing team.
Contracts range typically from between £500,000 and £20,000,000 million covering Central, Greater London and the North and Eastern Home Counties.
These include, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, High End Private Developers, Hospital Boards, Schools and the Heritage sector.
My client offers long term career opportunities and progression for the right candidate, with this role offering additional training and development to be able to expand their knowledge in Bid Management and Business Development Practices.
Bid Writing and Coordination duties:
· Producing high quality tender and PQQ submissions
· Working alongside Contract Managers to produce Method Statements for tendering and PQQ submissions
· Compliance
· Producing presentation material
· Monitoring portal for updates and reviewing tender opportunities
· Occasional travel to site visits, accompanying Estimators and Project Managers
