We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our client's busy team based in London to help support the two leaders, on the EMEA Leadership Team.

They are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and organised individual to join their busy, growing team!

Duration: 6 month temporary position

Pay: £40,000-£50,000

Hours: 9am-5pm

Days: Monday to Friday

Location : Strand

Key responsibilities include:

·  Creating, maintaining and planning the calendar for leaders

·  Responding to all emails from the leaders accounts

·  Handling confidential information with the highest-degree of sensitivity

·  Coordinating and arranging a full range of meeting types, events and travel logistics

·  Facilitating Meetings: distributes agenda, participates in meetings, transcribes meeting notes if required

·  Event management for team meetings, off sites, volunteering and social events

·  Compiling information and data from various sources and creates reports, when required

·  Compiling and submitting expense reports

·  Proactively identifying ways to increase knowledge about all areas of the business, their functional area and its priorities

What are we looking for?

·  Excellent organisation skills with experience of multitasking and keeping them track

·  A confident communicator (both verbal and written) who can deal with all types of seniority levels in an organisation

·  Happy to step up and take on extra responsibilities to help other departments

·  Managerial experience

·  Can-do attitude even when in pressured, busy environments

·  Interest into building relationships and trust with clients, colleagues etc

·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and general computer skills

·  High attention to detail.
