I am currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator to join a fantastic team on an 8 week temporary basis.

This is to start 29/10 Monday - Friday 35 hours per week.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

·  Assist the events officer to prepare for successful recruitment events

·  Ordering promotional materials, producing pre-departure information packs for staff.

·  Assist the events officer to prepare for successful management school events, registration of guests, booking venues, rooms and hospitality, the development of promotional materials and setting up spaces.

·  Assisting with events such as business breakfasts, celebratory events and conferences.

The skills and experience required for this role includes, but is not limited to:

·  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·  Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

·  Meticulous attention to detail

·  Excellent IT skills, including relevant experience of the Main MS office packages, including word and excel

·  Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
