Events and Party Planner

Position: Events and Party Planner
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Tenure: Full time, Permanent

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for an Events and Party Planner on behalf of our client based in Harlow, Essex. The main purpose of the role is to provide the ultimate solution to every event, as well as completing general office and administrative tasks including ordering supplies for events and the office.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

·  Manage all enquiries by phone, email and social media,

·  Track and manager enquiries,

·  Provide quotes to clients as well as arranging bespoke pricing,

·  Manage the event diary and staff,

·  Oversee the party and event bookings including taking payments and party extras,

·  Maintain the event and all the party equipment,

·  Find new venues for the events and parties as well as developing relations,

·  Create and implement new marketing ideas and promotions,

·  Manage the Social Media and other Marketing platforms,

·  General office administrative tasks and duties,

·  Any Ad hoc tasks when required.

Person Specification (skills, knowledge and experience required) Experience, Skills & Aptitude:

·  Customer Service or Sales experience,

·  Ability to build relationships with new and existing accounts

·  Minimum of 2 years' experience within an office,

·  Valid driving license and own transport - may be required to drive company vehicle.
