Entry level Logistics Assistant

Location: - Felixstowe

Hours: - Full Time, Permanent (mon-Fri 8.30 - 17:00)

Salary - £22,000 - £23,000

This logistics company is looking for someone to join who has limited knowledge of the logistics industry but wants to expand themselves.

What does the role entail

·  Receive and confirm Bookings with customers

·  Consolidate loads to offer competitive pricing

·  Create and submit customs entries

·  Liaise with Transport and Warehouse companies

·  Deal with invoices / customer queries

·  Answering the phone

·  Dealing with imports and exports

What are we looking for?

·  Basic knowledge of logistics

·  Strong customer service experience

·  Living within a commutable distance of Felixtowe

·  Good numeracy and IT skills

·  Team player and flexible to help in other departments
