An exciting opportunity to work on a national helpline providing specialist advice and support to employers so that they can effectively engage in apprenticeships.
Successful candidates will help employers and training providers engage in a positive relationship to provide suitable apprenticeship vacancies.
In order to provide personalised advice, responsibilities will include tailoring information to customers and their situations, monitoring developments relating to apprenticeships and raising awareness of support options available to small businesses and training providers.
Extensive training will be provided to ensure you are in a position to develop plans, interventions, initiatives and delivery models which encourage demand for apprenticeships from employers in line with the Government's ambitions and priorities for the apprenticeship programme.
The role involves making warm outbound calls to employers who have previously engaged with our client to re-engage with them.
Hours of work 37.5 per week - Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00
