Superb opportunity for a Digital Designer to join a successful organisation in Chester.
Ideal candidate will have B2B design experience & be responsible for:
- great email design standards
- understanding & experience of UI visuals
- knowledge of HTML / CSS
- all Adobe suite
- A/ B testing

Key Duties:
· Ability to collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders to produce market leading UI visuals and presentations.
· Design, build and update effective HTML/CSS homepages for a wide range of client's portals.
· B2B and B2C marketing and email campaigns requiring responsive email and web design.
· Creation of engaging print and digital support materials to Sales and Communications teams.
· Ability to create outstanding animations to support product launches and social media activities.
· Follow appropriate processes to ensure quality of work and resource allocation.
Professional qualities required:
· Follows up to date UX/UI principles with knowledge of performance optimisation and A/B testing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a small team and liaise to directly with personnel at all levels.
· Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with good organisational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
· High attention to detail and ability to deliver to a brief.
· Commercially aware with a good understanding of business requirements.
· Enthusiastic and passionate about design and digital media.
· Motivated to keep knowledge and technical skills up-to-date.
Must haves:
Be able to show a portfolio of online and offline work from a professional design background, more information will be provided by Adecco once you are shortlisted.
· Proven track record with 3 years+ experience.
· Strong portfolio to be presented during interview.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of colour usage, typography, image selection and manipulation and illustration.
· Creative ideas with problem solving mind set.
· Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud; After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD.
· Experience working in an agile/scrum development process - (Advantage)
· Responsive HTML/CSS coding that's compliant across all email clients and devices - (Advantage)
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word - (Advantage)
