Digital Bids Coordinator

Location: Soho, London

Salary/Rate: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Great company benefits

Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week (09:30 - 17:30)

Job Description

Adecco London are currently recruiting for a marketing leading, globally recognised professional services client of ours based in Soho. An exciting opportunity has become available to join their innovative and immersive client presentation team. As the Bids Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and co-hosting presentations to top-tier clients along the entire end-to-end process.

The right candidate will demonstrate excellent presentation skills and have the confidence to guide and participate in presentations with clients and co-workers. The role also requires strong organisational skills to maintain the day-to-day operations of the studio. Given the extensive use of innovative technologies the candidate should also display a keen interest in the area of tech with the ability to master the tools in the room and the capability to transfer that knowledge on to others.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Presentations:



·  Support, participate and, in some instances, lead presentations in the studio

·  Coordinate the preparation and collations of presentation materials in advance of meetings

·  Review and, where necessary, enhance presentation materials

·  Ensure all logistics are managed effectively ahead of the client meeting and for hosting the meeting on the day

·  Act as coach in both presentation ability/style as well as the use of the technology in the room

·  Support Digital Pitch Manager in kick off meetings to include consultation on the use of technology, approach and style, briefing design team and providing creative input

·  Support presentation rehearsals and brainstorm potential questions/answers with key stakeholders

Operations:



·  Manage and maintain appointments and availability to ensure most effective usage

·  Record meeting activity in the tracking system to allow for accurate and dynamic reporting

·  Request and collate supporting information for effective tracking of meetings

·  Follow-up on outstanding pitch outcomes

·  Support technology related issues within the space and liaise with internal IT support as required.

·  Support with training sessions for key users

·  Deputise for Digital Pitch Manager as required

Ideal candidate and personal qualities:

Experience:



·  Leading/participating in a formal presentation or pitch environment

·  Proficient in use of technology to provide first hand support

·  Coaching others of varying ability to improve their presentation skills and style

·  Proven usage of PowerPoint in document preparation

·  Demonstrable organisational responsibilities

·  Customer service or client engagement background preferable

·  Acting with discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive information

Skills:



·  Excellent communication and organisational skills with an attention to detail

·  Strong interpersonal skills

·  Experience in dealing with a demanding workload and conflicting priorities

·  The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines, be methodical and thrive in a fast-paced environment

·  The ability to coach colleagues and ensure best practice guidelines are maintained

·  A consistently positive and proactive attitude as well as being able to work well on own initiative and as part of a wider team; collaborative working style

·  IT literate - experience of MS Office is essential, and knowledge of SharePoint would be beneficial

·  The ability to quickly adopt new technologies, master their usage and teach others
