Operational Key Core tasks

·  Retrieve job envelope(s) from CET

·  Check product against Packing Instructions/list

·  Count stock for relevant job and fill out 'Order Checker Recon Sheet'

·  Be able to identify oldest batch

·  Be able to print labels using tech pack sheet in job envelope (ensure only the correct amount of labels are printed for the job)

·  Obtain label approval from CET's using 'Label Approval Sheet'

·  Start Work Order in PrIME

·  Scan to appropriate line using RDT (see job aid Cust 06)

·  Feed line as and when required by Line Leader

·  Monitor stock levels and reject levels throughout production and inform CET's well in advance of completion if more stock in required

·  When production is complete, all product, packaging & labels must be reconciled

·  All rejects are counted and approval from Line Leader/CET's required on whether it is placed in shop/bin or RTS

·  Fill in reconciliation sheet ensuring any discrepancies are reported to CET immediately

·  Finished job envelopes to be placed with CET's as soon as job is completed

·  Print RTS tickets from Shared drive (SOP Cust 007) and place on relevant boxes in Goods Out

·  Be able to understand the requirement on system packaging/labels and non-system packaging/labels

Key Core tasks:

·  Retrieve picklist from the PET

·  Check product against Pick List

·  Count stock for relevant order

·  Be able to run the HWP report in PrIME to identify stock in Goods In

·  Consolidate stock into Wave Order

·  Be able to scan to Line (see job aid PRM 003)

·  Be able to RTS full cases and part cases using RTS HWP report in PrIME

·  Be able to pick POS from POS location in Promo via PrIME

·  Be able to search for codes using Inventory Display in PrIME

Additional tasks

·  Checking inventory display in PrIME for missing stock and troubleshooting to CET/PET

·  Complete 'Stock Query Sheet' for incorrect batches, stock and under/over picks and give to PET/CET's for investigation (this needs to be completed before scanning)

·  Understanding of PrIME (WMS) using various screens

·  Liaise with truck driver on where to place pallets of stock on arrival when awaiting picks

·  Complete BOS, GMP 5s

·  Contribute to site OFS

·  Complete QA & Safety training when required
