Customer Service Assistant

8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
£21,000 per annum

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and cis looking for a role with variety and the opportunity to engage with people and use your organisational skills. If you love speaking with people, have a real flair for delivering excellent service standards, have good numerical skills and are computer literate, then please apply today!

Responsibilities include:

·  welcoming clients in a friendly yet professional manner

·  preparing samples of products using various techniques and great attention to detail

·  recording all information on a spreadsheet and internal system (including numerical data)

·  being highly organised in having everything ready when needed

·  general housekeeping of the sales area

Candidates must have:

·  proven customer service experience

·  be a confident and effective communicator (both verbal and written)

·  be able to display own initiative and work independently

·  be flexible enough to deal with changing demands
