Adecco Swansea are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join one of our Swansea based clients. This is a permanent role, offering an opportunity to have a fantastic career with one of the UK's industry leading insurance companies

This varied role will include the following:

·  Dealing with incoming customer queries

·  Problem solving

·  Managing follow up calls

·  Completing administrative tasks

We are looking for someone with the following characteristics;

·  Someone who champions the customer

·  Organisation and prioritisation

We are looking to speak to people with contact centre experience and a strong customer service background.
