Customer Co-Ordinator

Sutton Coldfield

£22,000- £24,000

Adecco are currently recruiting for a successful, well known company based in Sutton Coldfield. The company is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Co-ordinator to manage and retain their existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, interested in managing their own client base and provide knowledge of the company's products and service

Duties:

·  Managing accounts of up to 100 existing clients

·  Maintain existing relationships by providing outstanding customer service

·  Understand company products and differentiate specific products to certain clients

·  Confident in handling orders and communicating with clients

·  Calling, emailing and monitoring client spend

The ideal candidate will have:

·  Previously worked in a support role- dealing with administration and client contact

·  Strong administration skills

·  Outstanding customer service- telephone and email queries

·  Previous experience of co-ordinating or managing customer accounts

·  Sales admin/ order completion experience

·  Great attention to detail

·  Available ASAP
