With a background in audits and compliance the post holder must possess good analytical and problem solving skills. The post holder will be required to perform a gap analysis on processes and procedures in line with the regulatory framework, although support and training will be provided. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the successful applicant will have excellent organisational and administrative skills and a desire to develop analytical skills and knowledge.

The role also includes being responsible for being able to analyse internal reporting data and responding to external requests for information.

Key Responsibilities

* To maintain a tracker of all inbound communications from regulatory bodies and other 3rd parties
* To maintain a tracker of internal support requests
* To assist and deliver RFI's, audit requests and consultations.
* To co-ordinate regular reporting by collating internal data
* To assist with responding to data subject access requests
* To maintain schedules and calendar deadlines
* To monitor compliance and complaints mailbox
* To assist with assurance of processes in line with relevant regulations
* To assist with audits of relevant processes
To assist with drafting of regulatory policies for the business

Problem Solving/Decision Making

* The post holder must possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
* The post holder will be required to perform a gap analysis on processes and procedures in line with the regulatory framework, although support and training will be provided.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Interest in developing regulatory and legislative knowledge
* Keen reader with good research skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Ability to work to agreed deadlines
* Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail, able to spot errors and validate accuracy of data
