Our Client a financial planner based in Nottingham are seeking a Client Servicing Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

Main Duties

·  New business processing

·  Chasing providers for out standing information

·  Client and provider liasion

·  General administrative support

·  Process all areas of administration and customer service

Skills

·  High attention to detail

·  Good level of computer and literacy skills

·  Numerative

·  Customer service experience

The successful candidate will have had experience working within the financial services industry including experience in pensions and investments, use in back office systems and IFA Administrator.
