Cheshire Constabulary are currently recruiting a Building Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible in a role that has the potential to develop into Project Management.

We are recruiting for a skilled Building Surveyor with Commercial experience, and ideally knowledge of AutoCAD.

This role is to undertake the condition and schedule of dilapidation surveys and using this data assist with the formation of five year planned maintenance programmes to ensure buildings are safe.

In addition, applicants with Project Management experience within the industry are also welcomed, as this role has the potential to develop within the programme.

Working hours are full time, 37 hours per week within office hours. The role is based primarily in Winsford in the force HQ, although you will be travelling to sites around Cheshire.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and pass a police background check.
