Accounts Administrator
Temporary Assignment - minimum 8 weeks, possibility of a Temporary-Permanent opportunity
Location : Whitchurch
£9.25 - £10.25 per hour depending on experience
Working Hours: 8.30am - 16.30pm Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our clients Accounts Team.
Responsibilities include :
· Producing Sales Invoices
· Reconciling & processing incoming payments
· Matching received payments to customer accounts
· Generating customer statements
· Credit control
· Registering and matching received invoices
· Passing invoices for payment
Candidate must have :
· Minimum 1 years accounts admin experience
· Good MS Word & Excel skills
· Excellent customer service
· Great attention to detail
