Key member of the team to drive sales forward by managing key client accounts and supporting the Sales office manager in proactive sales and research.
To develop and maintain a “Sales Culture” within the sales team.
To be the key driver in the booking and account process of the Apprentice programme.
Support the Sales Office Manager with weekly and monthly revenue reporting to support both MICE and Room Reservations.
To deliver a proactive approach in finding new business leads through google research, board spotting, competitor analysis and database calling in all segments of the business.
To maintain strong relationships with all levels of personnel through regular meetings and communication.
Maintain both personal and company integrity whilst out in the field supporting individual hotels.
Support to host and organise FAM trips and regular guest events to drive hotel profile and revenue forward.
To ensure the hotel is visible on all distribution sites and that hotel profiles are maintained i.e. website, key third parties, internal sales team etc and give support where needed.
To support the key Sales activities and ideas needed by the Hotels to drive all revenue streams.
Administrative review of accounts for both MICE and Rooms with support of the Sales Office Manager to ensure in line with production and reach out to those that our not.
Support with the hotels Social Media channels to provide a good coverage of the hotel facilities and push further revenue opportunities.
Support the sales team in conversion days of all segments.
Observation of all security, health and safety regulations.
