Rooms Supervisor

What you will be doing:
·  Handle guest concerns and react quickly to offer a professional, friendly and engaging service.
·  Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department.
·  Plan and prepare employees task lists. Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
·  Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
·  Maintain adequate communication with the team to find the appropriate solution for the situation at hand.
·  Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

·  Proactive, responsible and reliable
·  Guest-oriented and focused on quality
·  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate colleagues
·  Ability in problem solving and to remain calm and courteous in all situations
·  Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
·  Detail oriented and organized
·  Proficient in French and English
·  Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment will be an asset
·  Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications.
