Key tasks
• To run and take full responsibilities of all the F&B outlets and organize and set all requests for the banqueting of the hotel when necessary.
• The Restaurant Manager performs his duties within the framework defined by the Operation Manager/ General Manager, the hotel’s Policies & Procedures and following the country’s laws and regulations in coordination with the Talent & Culture Manager and the Operation Manager. He will ensure the smooth running of the following F&B outlets.
• Assumes all duties that are assigned by the Operations Manager or General Manager.
