Key tasks
- Responsible for the leadership of Lava Dining and In Room Dining.
- Lead and develop the Food and Beverage team, including training, coaching and counselling of staff.
- Assist in controlling costs associated with Food & Beverage outlets.
- Maintain and implement and review brand and service standards.
- Support the Manager to meet service productivity and revenue generation targets.
- Recruitment and selection of team members.
