For our Restaurant Front of House team we are looking for a Team Player to work in our Marco Pierre White Restaurant and our Conference department.

You are very operationally involved; Every day you enjoy taking guests into the Marco Pierre Whites restaurant and making them enthusiastic about the food & drinks we serve. There is also an opportunity to become a Chemist (the artist with a passion for taste explosions ) to mix and create Cocktails in our Bar. Of course you want them to come back soon! If you see a bar chair tilted, you set it straight. An unpolished glass? No, you just have a good eye for detail. You work in a professional and warm way with your colleagues and you can find yourself in a personal and relaxed way of working. In addition to your commitment on the floor you will ensure our Meeting Rooms (Picasso, Matisse and the Study) are set for the guests needs for the next day and have an eye for detail with the set up.

What does your job entail?
As a valued member in our Restaurant & Conference team you are responsible for an incredible hello and goodbye for our guests. We don't call you the Director of First Impressions for nothing! Together with your team, you ensure that guests do not forget their experience at Marco's Restaurant. You are visible in our restaurant & Bar and you enjoy telling our guests everything about the food and drinks on offer. Aside from your regular responsibilities, such as taking orders, delivering food, making drinks, setting and clearing meeting rooms, re-setting tables and general cleaning duties.

In short: You take care of your guests and your colleagues. When someone is angry, you can turn that over to a smile. When someone has a problem, you solve it. You are the face of Marco Pierre Whites Restaurant.
