Key tasks
So Responsibilities
Guides the operations with a hands-on approach to achieve goals and objectives.
Achieve profitability through revenue generation and effective cost control
Develops and trains the F&B team.
Asssist in developing budget, forecast, schedule and annual department business plan aligning to the hotel's business plan.
Implements guidelines, policies and procedures for the department.
Works closely with various relevant stakeholders for tactical promotions.
Ensures guest satisfactions is met with an excellent experience.
What we are So looking for
At least 3 years of food & beverage experience as a Restaurant Manager
An extensive knowledge and understanding of wine
Well versed in food and wine pairing and in-depth knowledge of other beverages and their relation to food
Prior Sommelier experience will be an added advantage
Fashionable and stylish, representative of a luxury brand
Approachable and open-minded with an ability to excel within a multi-cultural environment
Experienced in mutli unit Food & Beverage operations in a restaurant
Strong communication skills
Energetic, confident and full of life
