Reservations Supervisor

Key tasks

Reporting to the Reservations Manager and working in a close knit team of three.

You will be required to work independently or as a team when required. With largely focused on the groups segment of the hotel business. Ensuring that hotel revenue opportunities are maximized every time.

You will be required to supervise in absence of the manager and coach the reservations agents. Assist the flow of all incoming reservations, perform daily checks (arrivals and reservations made), drive hotel incentives.

You will also be responsible for developing positive relationships with agents. Having the ability to sell Conference/F&B options and negotiate pricing on queries as they may arise.
