Key tasks

Novotel London Brentford are looking for a Reservations Agent to cover a period of maternity leave.

Overview of duties as a Reservations Agent:
 Responsible for all reservations over the phone, by fax or internet, e-mail and handles all associated operations
 Increases and optimizes room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy
 Communicating and liaising effectively with other departments within the hotel
 This role supports the Guest Services team members involving all back office duties
 Handles and resolves any guest complaints when necessary
 Maximizes customer satisfaction and hotel revenue by promoting the hotel’s other services and facilities to guests.
