Key tasks

Answering and responding to reservations queries by telephone, emails and online within targeted timeframes
Successfully converting telephone enquiries into bookings and making cancellations
Perform daily tasks
Complete reports/checklist’s on a daily basis
Accurate inputting of bookings
Liaising with travel agents
Updating vouchers
Assisting with group bookings
Drive Accor loyalty programs
Participating in department meetings and maintaining a positive relationship with Front Office departments
