Are you a welcoming, customer orientated Reception superstar? Are you looking for your next step?

We are currently looking for a receptionist to support our team members in our Front Office Department. You ensure that all runs smoothly during the customer's stay. You are involved from the customer's arrival in the hotel, through to their paying and check-out.

• Answering the telephone and taking reservations - Handling the cash register and billing - Keeping the accounts - reimbursements, payment of deferred travel agency invoices.
• Welcome the guests, whether on the phone or in the hotel, and ensure that the check-in and checkout procedure is handled very well
• Check in/ Check out
• Ensure that the handling of a reservation for the hotel or other hotels in the Group is done with complete professionalism. Provide the reservations service using the Accor Group computer system (Resa web)
• Listen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided to the guests will win their loyalty to return to the company
• Promote Accor’s Loyalty programme Le Club
• Provide wake-up calls as requested by the guests
• Forward all relevant information to the other departments in the hotel
