Key tasks

Responsible for pre-opening procurement and to develop purchasing strategy
Initiate due diligent check on new suppliers and conducting price bench marking exercise
Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of the tender system so that the continuous supply quality goods and services is not compromised
Ensure good and high quality materials are purchased with the best price /cost
Propose alternative procurement sources as to minimize stock times and inventory levels
