Key tasks

- Responsible for pre-opening procurement and to develop purchasing strategy
- Initiate due diligent check on new suppliers and conducting price bench marking exercise
- Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of the tender system so that the continuous supply quality goods and services is not compromised
- Ensure good and high quality materials are purchased with the best price /cost
- Propose alternative procurement sources as to minimize stock times and inventory levels
