This signature restaurant of Hotel St Moritz, is a greatly admired eatery for locals and visitors alike. A refreshing departure from a ‘Hotel Restaurant’, this award-winning establishment offers global opportunity within the bespoke Mgallery collection.

In this role you will work with our kitchen team to produce beautiful and delicious creations on our pastry section to the expectations of a upscale restaurant.

Work Experience

·  Minimum of 3 years experience in this area - Either as an assistant or pastry chef
·  Solid foundation in classic French pastry making
·  Able to demonstrate modern techniques
·  Have a high standard in food presentation
·  Have a real passion for what you create
·  Able to work under pressure
·  Be able to demonstrate creativity and flair in menu/item development
·  Understanding of NZ food safety requirements
·  Organise time and work efficiently
·  Have effective verbal communication skills
·  Flexibility on availability
·  Must have the right to work in New Zealand
