To coordinate, trains and applies the work safety standards, implements & maintains the highest food safety & hygiene requirement at all times, change buffet set up weekly, involved in creating new culinary trends. Strive for the highest standards at all times
Responsible of the kitchen equipment and machinery, coordinates its maintenance, cleaning and the good conditions of the facilities. To verify and check the temperatures of the walk in coolers / freezers & fridges) reports any defects to the engineering maintenance department
