Summary of Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF POSITION 职位目标
To ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 关键角色和职责
·  Supervise In-Room Dining operations to maintain service standard
·  监督和管理送餐部的运作,坚持服务标准
·  Assist management by creating weekly duty rosters
·  协助每周的排班
·  Handle guests complaints promptly and courteously and ensure follow-through
·  及时和礼貌地处理客人投诉并确保跟进
·  Check on employees discipline, grooming standards and punctuality
·  检查员工的纪律,仪容仪表和考勤
·  Check on guest satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up
·  调查客人满意度妥善处理投诉并跟进
·  Assist Assistant Manager in conducting daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to In-Room Dining employees
·  协助副经理召开每个班次班前例会更新并向送餐部员工传达相关信息
·  Assist in employee’s development, counselling and resolving of staff conflict
·  帮助员工发展,协调和解决员工冲突
·  To report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to the Management
·  向管理层汇报所有投诉事件,工作情况或者其他违规行为
·  Ensure proper maintenance of operating equipment as well as service and storage areas
·  确保操作设备,服务和存储区域的维修
·  Help minimize waste, breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipment
·  帮助减少浪费,破损和物资与设备的不恰当使用
·  Carry out light cleaning and maintenance of the pantry area
·  完成照明设备的清洁和工作间的维修
·  Monitor quality of products and services in every single In-Room Dining order

·  Attend all meetings and training as requested by In-Room Dining Management

·  Conduct training for all staff as assigned by In-Room Dining Manager

·  Assist in managing employees’ performance appraisals and performance logs

·  Handle cash following established and proper Accounting procedures

·  Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel

·  Assist other Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations during peak hours if needed

EXPERIENCE 经验
·  Minimum 2 - 3 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year at a supervisory level
