Job description
Key tasks
• To responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day Hotel operation for which responsibilities include managing a team of departmental managers, as well as, driving profit through the implementation and maintenance of quality service delivery standards at all levels.
• To drive and review strategies to improve revenue generation across the Hotel's extensive operations.
• To ensures that all operational departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimizing cost.
• To supports GM in driving guest centric culture in the hotel and creates awareness and understanding among all colleagues on the importance of the guest experience.
